Compensation Worksheet Visibility Based on Compensation Worksheet Visibility Based on Person Type

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement in Oracle Compensation where only employees with the following Person Types should be visible in the worksheet:

• Permanent Employee
• Fixed-Term Employee

This includes both eligible and ineligible employees belonging to these Person Types.

Employees with other Person Types, such as:

• Contingent Worker
• Contractor
• Intern/Trainee
• External Worker

should not be visible in the worksheet at all.

Currently, we have configured a Plan Eligibility Profile that includes only Permanent and Fixed-Term Employees. As a result, Contingent Workers are being marked as Ineligible, but they are still appearing in the worksheet when Track Ineligible Employees
