Compensation Plan Eligibility Not Updating Based on Union Change in ORC Offer Assignment

Problem Description:

We have a scenario where an existing employee is applying for an internal position through Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

The employee's current position is associated with Union A, and the Compensation Plan eligibility profile is configured based on Union membership.

When creating the job offer in ORC, the recruiter selects a new position associated with Union B. The Union value in the offer's Assignment section is correctly updated to Union B.

However, the Compensation Plan eligibility continues to reflect Union A instead of considering the updated Union B.

Expected Behavior:

We would expect Oracle Recruiting Cloud to evaluate Compensation Plan eligibility based on the updated Union value in the proposed offer assignment rather than the employee's existing assignment.
