Redwood Supplier Search does not Return Exact Matches

Summary:

In the Redwood Supplier search, entering a supplier name within quotation marks does not return only the exact match.

For example, when searching for "City of Center Point", it returns multiple suppliers with similar names rather than limiting results to the exact supplier entered.

Why isn't the quotation mark search to deliver exact matches working? We have been told by Oracle that using quotation is the new way for us to see exact matches in Redwood.
