Twilio or Accurate with regard to the deprecation of the password-based authentication?

Summary: Oracle has announced the deprecation of password-based authentication for Oracle Fusion REST and SOAP services. We currently use password-based authentication for both Twilio and Accurate. Has any documentation been published on how we rectify this before the deadline of 31-Mar-2027? I have not been able to find anything in the knowledge section for these integrations.
