How to trigger TASK off start date?

Summary:

I have a journey with a lot of tasks in it, most trigger off creation of Pending Worker however there are a few tasks that need to be triggered a certain amount of time prior to start date.

1 month before Day 1

2 weeks before Day 1

10 days before Day 1

How can I achieve this at task level?
