Suggestions needed for moving candidates to new step after completing 2nd pass application

Hi all,

I'm looking for suggestions and best practices related to collecting background check authorization and then proceeding with processing the background check with the vendor.

Currently, once a candidate has accepted our offer we move them to a Post Offer step which auto triggers our second pass application to collect their background check authorization, social security number, date of birth, and other relevant data to perform the check.  Once they have submitted this second pass application, we move them to another status within Post Offer, which auto triggers the background check request with our vendor.

Ideally, what I am looking for is a way to automatically progress the candidate to the next step once they have completed their application, so the background check request will happen immediately so we don't decrease our cycle time.  At a minimum, I'd like an alert to be sent to our HR back office alerting them that the candidate has completed the second pass application so it will proactively alert us.

Howdy, Stranger!
