MAP Flexfield to a fast formula

I am trying to create a fast formula that links a work assignment data query to a payroll calculation query. The goal is to identify a code value from a flexfield and then apply the required percentage based on that code. However, when extracting items from the database, the flexfield does not appear. I have already run the "Generate Flexfield Database Items" process as suggested in the documentation, but it still does not show up. Do you have any suggestions on whether it is possible to create this fast formula, or what I can do to fix the issue?
