Request to Restore Terminated Always Free A1 Instance (4 OCPU, 24 GB RAM)

Hello Oracle OCI Team,

I need your assistance in recovering my previously terminated Oracle Cloud Always Free A1 Compute Instance.

My Oracle Cloud account is still active, but my VPS was unexpectedly terminated after approximately two months of use. I did not manually terminate or delete the instance.

My original instance configuration was:

  • Shape: VM.Standard.A1.Flex
  • OCPU: 4
  • RAM: 24 GB
  • Service: Oracle Cloud Always Free

I would like to know:

  1. What was the exact reason for my VPS termination?
  2. Is it possible to restore or reactivate my original instance?
  3. Is my original boot volume still available?
  4. Can my previous data be recovered?
