Regret letter specifically for a cancelled requisition?

Hello, I am wondering if any users out there have created a regret letter to send out specifically when a requisition has simply been cancelled. There could be qualified candidates who applied, so you don't want to send a resume regret letter but simply want to let candidates know that the position/requisition was cancelled. If so, what does the verbiage say? Thanks!
