Changing Style Sheets for Taleo Recruit Application Page

We've had our tech department working on making some changes to our style sheet for the application page.  He told us that we need assistance from Taleo to make the changes and gave us the changes that need to be made.  Would someone from Taleo be able to assist me? Or is this something we can do as an administrator?  If so, would anyone have a guide or manual?
