EEO Codes on Administration Tab

Hello,

I would like to submit the idea of having the EEO Codes on Taleo unable to be edited by the Recruiters and Managers, while allowing this to be edited by the Administrators of the system.  When a template is created and EEO codes are tied to the requisition template, the recruiters should not need to change the code at all.  If there is an error within the template, that error should be reported to the system administrator to correct for the future usage of the template.

This will help ensure that job codes are tied to the EEO Code correctly in the system, and will help ensure compliance.
