I am working at Philips (The Netherlands) in the Talent Acquisition department.

Philips already has local referral programs in a lot of countries, now we want to roll out a global referral program.

Therefore I am looking for information on topics like; terms & conditions, process and reward.

Focus on international / global level and the dynamics between countries.
