How can a Collections Manager generate an overview of all strategies that are assigned?

 Hello,

I was wondering if there is a functionality in Advanced Collections R12 that supports generating an overview / report of all strategies assigned. 

This should result in a list of all the customers that are included in the collectionsproces with status 'delinquent' and the related strategy. a wish is to see what workitems have been completed and wich are still open/ to be created.

The seeded report functionalities in Advanced Collections do not provide the above desired functionality.
