How send dunning letters manually in Strategies?

 Hi,

I want to setup sending dunning letter as a manual work item..in Strategies.
The reason why I wanted is, I am not sure wheather my customer contact are updated correctly in my system.

So I want  to send the dunning letters manual work item in Strategies, so that I can send it to email address I specified.
