Collector Assignment from Collections work bench to Advanced Collections

Hi,

We are currently using Collections Work Bench in Receivables. Planning to implement Advanced Collections 11i.IEX.H RUP 5.

Collectors are assigned to customer in Collections Workbench. We want to retain the same  Collectors assignment in Advanced Collections.

How can I achieve this...? Wha is the process?

Is Territory Management setup manadatory in 11i.IEX.H?

Do I need to create territories in Advanced Collections..?

Please help me.
