Error when opening Universal Work Queue in Advanced Collections
Working Release 11i.IEX.H
We are getting the following error while opening Universal Work Queue from Collections Agent responsibility in Advanced Collections.
"APP-IEU-241011:CONNECTION TO UWQ SERVER COULD NOT BE ESTABLISHED.
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO 'GET WORK' FOR MEDIA."
We are not using Advanced Inbound, Outbound and Telephony
I know this can be avoided by setting up profile 'IEU: Queue: Advanced Outbound Telephony' to No
My question is that, Does setting this profile impact Advanced Collections functionality?
