incorrect Score in Collections Form

hi I have created a score at Bill to Level, which is working fine and displays correctly in the UWQ Form. However the Collections Form does not show this score.
Is there a profile value or other setting which I am overlooking?
Note that we are using AR R12, which includes some IEX bits. So, IEX is not installed.
Is scoring not available in AR, only in IEX?
