request IEX: Populate UWQ Summary Table is not populating UWQ.

Hi

I am using 11i.IEX.H RUP 5.

I would like to run strategies at delinquency level. I created the delinquencies.

But when I submitted the request IEX: Populate UWQ Summary Table. completed with no error., work queues are not populated.

log file is giving the following info

Input FROM_DATE = NULL

Batch size = 100000
Level = DELINQUENCY
Delinquency level is not implemented at this time. Exiting.

 I wanted to Run strategies at delinquency level. What should I do. I am using Pre-Delinquency status also.

Please Help.
