Oracle Application Architecture

 Hi, I just started on a role to help architect oracle application solution for EBS 12i. Customer is currently running on 11.5.8 and planning to build a new 12i install. I need to know where the Architecture templates and ppt presentation that discusses 12i architecture in overview and indepth. Does someone know where to get these info?
