User Manual for Service Tax

We have recently migrated to 11.5.10.2 and have applied the latest India Localization patch - IN60107. We would like to understand the Service Tax solution provided in this patch. While the patch documentation has adequate information on setting up the Service Tax functionality, there is no documentation on Service Tax transactions and process flows like Service Tax Settlement and Service Tax distribution. We checked the following 2 notes available on metalink (Number 335112.1 and 335113.1) but these are very basic and talk about FAQ's and Troubleshooting Service Tax related issue. Is there any URM available (on the lines of VAT URM) which
