1./ In a Multi Org environment, can we use the "optional context restriction on organization" as the same way of the "MO: Operating Unit" logic.

Can someone give me an example of how to correctly setup the application in that way:
- Mandatory profile option values (ie. "MO: Operating Unit" / "MO: Default Operating Unit")
- UMX setup to create and grant a role with the Org Restriction.
- Did the Org restriction replace the function of "MO: Default Operating Unit"?
