Dunning Callback Days
When setting up the dunning plans for the various aging buckets - what functionality does the Callback Days provide?
Currently, if the IEX: Send Dunnings for delinquent customers is set to run every night - the request populates a letter for each customer every time - this would mean that over a 1 week period the system will produce 7 letters for a customer.
Should callback days be set to something other than zero?
