Outlook e-mail capability

I know that Advanced Collections asks for a default e-mail "FROM" address. However, I was wondering whether the "FROM" e-mail address can be dynamically changed to reflect the collector's e-mail address that is assigned to the customer.

Also, can a customer reply to the e-mail address? If so, to whom will the reply go to and will the reply be displayed in Outlook?
