Error ECX_ROUTING_NOT_SUPPORTED on using ECX_INQUEUE(XML Gateway) for popluating custom staging tabl

Hi,

I am using XML gateway to populate custom table through ECX_INQUEUE.
Tried using Queuing API dbms_aq.enqueue and passed the XML payload.
log resulted in Error: ECX_ROUTING_NOT_SUPPORTED.
Tried options of setting  the CORR_ID to NULL  and OXTA but wa sof no help.

Appreciate any resolution to this,
