How to determine collector access and security?

Hi,


I have a question regarding collector access to customers and security in Advanced Collections. The client has specific security requirements regarding collections since there will be 2 business entities that will be using Advanced Collections:

      • Business Entity 1 (BE1) does not want Business Entity 2 (BE2) to be able to view or access BE1's customers
      • BE1 wants their collectors to be able to view and update each other's customers
      • BE1 wants their collectors to be able to view each other's work queues
      • BE1 wants their collectors to be able to act on each other's work queues

How can I configure Advanced Collections and set up Resource Groups so that the above business requirements are fulfilled? The client is using Release 11.10.5.
