 Can i any one give the procedure of Excise Trader gate pass in India localization.

I have solution 1. Before creating PO collect excise tax details and create PO with taxes

                          2.1 Create Normal PO with purchase amount from Trader

                           2.2  When received the goods and invoice then again make modification in PO and 

                                  send for reapproval.

But above two scenarios are not accepting by Claint.

If anyone know perfect scenario for this EGP please let me know
