Requisition Approval Notification asks for Single Sign On Login

 Hi,

We've had a few instances recently wherein notificaiton approval mails sent out to users do not contain the requisition details, instead the mail body display user/pwd login prompts.

If I view the workflow through the status monitor and check the notification through it, I can see it fine there.

Have checked metalink but can't find anything in there. Any suggestions on what could be causing this?
