Universal Work Queque

 Hi Christine,

We have a business requirement wherein the collector manager wants to view the open work items, delinquent accounts and delinquent transactions in the work queque of a collector/collection team under the collections manager. Manager wansts to view the these items only for the collectors assigned to his/her team and not for the other collectors. Is this possible using standard collections/UWQ functionality?
