Wokr Item Escalation
As currently configured, advanced collections automatically notifies the collections manager (the individual identified as the collection agent’s “manager” in the Resource Set-up function) when a work item has not been completed by the collector within the system configured due date (an “escalation”). These notification currently identify the customer by name and the work item by work item id.
Is is possible to get the collector name and customer account number on the notification, if so how?
