Possibility to prevent creating new transactions in AR

 Hello,

We are analyzing the requirements of a customer for an implementation of Account Receivables and Advanced Collections  ( 11.5.10)

One requirement is that its possible to prevent creation of new transactions in AR based on information in Advanced Collections ( like the functionality of Credit Hold).

I have read the metalink note Doc ID:  604715.1  stating: 'A credit hold does not prevent you from creating new transactions for a customer in Receivables'

Is there a possibility to build in this functionality in Advanced Collections?
