Changing Collections Strategy Level from Account to Bill To
We are currently running on Collections 11.5.10 and have a business requirement wherein the business wants to move from a strategy level of "account" to "bill to " in production.
I believe that this can be achieved by doing the following:
1) Change the strategy level from "account" to "bill to"
2) Change the Profile option "IEX:Collector Access level" from Account to Bill To. Assign collectors at bill to level on customer record
3) End Date the old strategies that are at "Account" level and create new strategies at "Bill To" level
4) End Date old scoring engine/scoring component that are at "Account" level and create new scoring engine/component at "Bill To" level
