Tying multiple Mailers to Alert Notifications

We currently have only the default notification mailer set up.  We have several Alert Notifications (emails) that are working successfully using this mailer.  We have a subsidiary company from which we would like to send emails, but they have to come from a different address.  I found information about setting up a secondary mailer, but I was wondering how I can tell the Alerts which mailer to use.  Is it possible to have different Alerts use different mailers?  We are using EBS 11.5.10.  Thanks.
