Interactions
From the collections form, I select the customer and start on the Transaction tab. I select Start Interaction from the Tools menu and begin navigating through several tabs as a collector would during a collections call. I then select the Interaction Wrap Up from the tools menu and complete the following:
Interaction note; Follow-up action (create task), subject, Start Owner Type, Type (Callback) & owner.
I then re-query the customer and select interactions from the history tab and the manually created interaction is not in the list.
