Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

The excise registration number for the factory of the client has changed.

How do we change the same in Organization Additional Info? The field is greyed out and does not allow update.
