Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Viewing Notifications in Outlook - not showing all the page

I'm hoping to see all of the content of a web page Notificaiton in Microsoft Outlook. The notificaiton is fine through the OA web interface but when I attempt to view the same page in Outlook (or a Web Browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox) only parts of the notification message are properly displayed.
Here is a sample url:
