Centralized Procurement along with India Localization Taxes

Hi,
I would like to know if  centralized procurement supports india localization taxes.

Client Requirement is to Create a PO in  OU1

  Receipt alongwith India loclzn Taxes in OU2

AP Supplier Invoice with India loclzn Taxes  in OU1

                                        Intercompany AR  Invoice with India loclzn Taxes in OU1
Intercompany AP  Invoice with India loclzn Taxes in OU2


Kindly let us know if this is supported by India Localization.


Also is there any customization/workaround to achieve the same.
