In India - VAT Invoice Generation / Accounting report LOV showing the loaction double

While running, India - VAT Invoice Generation / Accounting report Organization Location LOV showing duplicate values.

When i select one inventory org and while selecting its location its showing double location namely

Location for Plant Division   

Location for Plant Division

Resources Department Location for MHE Plant

Resources Department Location for MHE Plant    

Is is correct ?

We have defined only two location in inventory org set-up.

So pl advice how to correct it.
