Looking for a sync process from e-business to OIM

 We have a big difference between our e-business and OIM , as we just went live with them both and we need to run a syncronization to get them both on the same page.  I was told that Oracle has a out of the box adapter that will do this.  i am hoping that someone can tell me what that is.
