Oracle Workflow Developer Studio

Anyone experienced with testing worflows via Workflow Developer Studio?  I've created a simple Workflow that I am testing...I was submitting via Deveopler Studio fine for several days, but now am unable to.  I can bring the workflow up and submit it, but the window times out with a 'Page cannot be displayed' error.  My workflow is very basic....at this point, all I am doing is executing code.
