Call SS Page From Notification

Hi,

I have a requirement for a notification to contain a link to the OLM Learner home page. As per the WF Dev Guide, I've created an attribute of type URL with the following default value:

JSP:/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?page=/oracle/apps/ota/learner/webui/LearnerHomePG&#RESP_KEY=-&XXOLM_RESPONSIBILITY_KEY-&#APP_SHORT_NAME=-&XXOLM_RESP_APPLICATION-

The two attributes &XXOLM_RESPONSIBILITY_KEY and &XXOLM_RESP_APPLICATION have their defaut value set to "OTA_LEARNER_DIRECT_ACCESS" and "OTA", respectively, including the double quotes.

However, when the link is clicked within the notification the page opens but contains the information message '
