View Dunning Letters directly in the Collections Form

Hi,

In R12 you have the functionality where you view the dunning letters directly in the collections form under the history tab - you place cursor on the correspondence line you want to open and right click on the mouse and go to 'Show Dunning Letter' - is this functionality also available for 11.5.10.2?

If not, do you have any surgestions on how to give the collectors access to printed dunning letters in 11.5.10.2 within the collections form?
