India local Item attributes defined in OPM is not synchronized to Oracle Inventory

  I created an item in OPM and gave the item attributes in India OPM Inventory, but the same attributes are not getting interfaced in oracle inventory. Should I have to define the  item attributes again in oracle Inventory.
