Windows user name capture on Oracle form updation

Hi All,

This is the first time i am in this discussion. Not sure whether it is an appropriate platform OR not. 

I want to ask that, a group of oracle users are logging on different forms and transacting with a single user/password login. Is it possible to capture windows log in name of the oracle users in the forms record history to know wo has updated, as there is an option of System Logon:  UNKNOWN
Terminal:  UNKNOWN.
