Process is stuck at "Approve Requisition Notification"

I created a PO Requisition, Approver got a notification mail.

He Approved it but I did not got any mail.

When I checked the workflow it was stuck in "Approve Requisition Notification" Node.

In Item tab:

No Approver Found Message was:

 PLSQL:PO_WF_REQ_NOTIFICATION.GET_PO_REQ_NO_APPROVER_MSG/REQAPPRV:22699-619

Also the notification Detail was:
