Paying TDS Tax Authority

 Hello,

According to the presentation on TDS, there is a Payment DFF that needs to be populated when the invoices for a TDS Authority are paid.  This information is used in the TDS Certificates.

1)  Is this DFF only available in the 'Payments' form?  I noticed that there was no DFF for 'Payment Batches'.  Does that mean that we can only pay TDS Tax Authorities using the 'Payments'?

2)  I do not have the Payment DFF in the 'Payments' form.  Is this something that I am supposed to define?  Or does this mean that I am missing a patch?
