Changes in TDS rates w.e.f 01-OCT-09

Hi,
Is there any note id to follow to take into effect the changes (in terms of defining new rates/ disabling the old ones etc. and other setup changes) in TDS rates with effect from 01-OCT-2009 ? Any updates on this would be very useful.
