JTF_TASKS_PUB.CREATE_TASK API error

  while creating a task using JTF_TASKS_PUB.CREATE_TASK API,am getting error like below. .CREATE_TASK API,am getting error like below.

Invalid Source Object Details Provided. Cause : SOURCE OBJECT TYPE CODE, SOURCE OBJECT ID AND NAME SHOULD BE PROVIDED. 

For this I am passing the follwoing values. p_source_object_type_code => 'IEX_BILLTO' => 'IEX_BILLTO'

p_source_object_id => v_site_use_id

May I know the exact reason for this.Can someone help me in this.
