Workflow Builder Access Levels

I've come into an environment where several .wft files have access levels that are not properly set for customizations and I'm seeking input from anyone that might have ideas on how to remedy the problem without it becoming a time consuming project.

1. Is there an easy way to identify customizations in each .wft file where the access level isn't set correctly?

2. Once all the customizations are identified, is there an easy way to set each custom piece to an access level of 100 without having to go into each attribute, activity, etc?
