Need some help with setting up Parallel Approvals in AME

 Hi, could anyone help me Parallel Approvals in AME? I have an approver Group with two people in it with voting method as First Responder Wins. When I send my purchase requisition through notification is going only to the first person in the group. When he approves it then it is going to the second person. I thought it should send out notifications to both and both can see and approve it.
