List of Responsibilities linked to a specific fuction or form

 Hello,

Has anyone got a query which lists th Responsibilities linked to a specific fuction or form.

We need to pass the function name or form name as parameter and the query should return the name of responsibility which have access to either the form or function. The query should also exclude the exlclusion at the responsibility level.

Your help would be highly appericiated.
